Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operational activities, manage teams, and ensure adherence to service quality standards. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating tasks, monitoring team performance, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory protocols. The role also involves identifying process improvements, managing budgets, maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to optimize efficiency and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The Operations Manager will work closely with various stakeholders, providing leadership to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Preferably with Valet Parking, Hospitality or Hotel Experience.
• Experience in operations management, process optimization, and team leadership
• Familiarity with transportation services, parking management, or hospitality operations
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Proven ability to manage budgets and implement cost-effective strategies
• Proficiency in using management software and technology tools relevant to logistics and operations
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance in transportation and hospitality industries
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Prior work experience in the UAE or knowledge of the local market is an advantage
