Role Description
We are looking for an Operations & Performance Coordinator to work directly with the Director of Operations and support the execution, organization, and continuous improvement of company operations.
This is not an administrative role.
The position requires someone who can take ownership, build systems, follow up with teams effectively, and contribute to structuring how the company operates.
This role includes contributing to process design, KPI development, workflow structuring, and operational performance across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting hiring efforts by sourcing and shortlisting qualified candidates
- Defining and implementing KPIs across different departments to ensure measurable performance and accountability
- Designing, documenting, and optimizing workflows for all services offered by the company, aligned with industry best practices, to ensure scalable, efficient, and consistent operations
- Coordinating execution across teams and ensuring tasks move forward according to priorities and timelines
- Following up with team members on deadlines, deliverables, and progress
- Tracking ongoing projects and maintaining clear visibility on status
- Organizing workflows and ensuring structured communication across teams
- Assisting in onboarding new team members
- Preparing reports, summaries, and internal documentation
- Identifying and reaching out to potential partner companies to explore collaboration opportunities and support business growth
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operations, coordination, or team/project management roles
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain structured workflows
- Ability to take ownership and drive tasks to completion
- Ability to think in systems and processes, not just tasks
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, listening, and speaking) is required
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or task management platforms
Compensation
Monthly salary: 9,000 EGP
(7,000 basic salary + 2,000 KPI-based performance bonus)
