Job Title: Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant

Location: Dubai

Experience: 5+ years

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials. The resource will support ERP operations, ongoing support, and enhancements, and will work closely to coordinate with the managed service contract vendor. The role requires strong functional knowledge, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to communicate project status, updates, and reports effectively to management and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
  • Support secondary modules such as Procurement, Inventory, and EPM, as needed.
  • Provide ERP support and enhancements, including resolving issues, implementing process improvements, and configuring new functionalities.
  • Coordinate and liaise with the managed service contract vendor for issue resolution, system updates, and process alignment.
  • Conduct requirement gathering, process workshops, and gap analysis with business stakeholders.
  • Prepare, update, and present PowerPoint reports and dashboards for project updates and executive reporting.
  • Manage daily and weekly status calls with internal teams and vendors, ensuring timely follow-ups and action tracking.
  • Provide stakeholder management by coordinating activities across business units, IT teams, and vendors.
  • Assist in testing (Unit, SIT, UAT), Oracle Upgrades, issue resolution, and post-go-live support.
  • Document processes, procedures, and configurations according to company standards.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Functional & Technical Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Finance modules (mandatory).
  • Exposure to Procurement, Inventory, and EPM modules (preferred).
  • Experience in ERP support, issue resolution, and system enhancements.
  • Understanding of end-to-end finance processes and integration with other ERP modules.

Project & Communication Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong PowerPoint & Excel preparation and reporting skills for executive updates.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business, IT, and vendor teams.
  • Experience in conducting status calls, tracking actions, and ensuring timely updates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance/Accounting and CA/CMA/CFA/CPA/MBA.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT/Computer Science is a plus.
  • Oracle Fusion Finance certification
  • 5+ years of relevant Oracle Fusion Finance implementation/support experience.
