Position: Oracle Fusion HCM Lead Consultant
Experience: 8+ Years

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Lead Consultant to lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support for Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud. This senior role requires deep expertise in Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll (UAE), and Workforce Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client workshops and advise on best practices for Oracle Fusion HCM adoption.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
- Serve as subject matter authority for Oracle HCM throughout all implementation phases.
- Conduct gap analysis and propose creative solutions to meet client business needs.
- Develop and review project documentation (requirements, functional designs, test scripts, training materials).
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including demos and solution design.
- Mentor junior consultants and facilitate knowledge transfer.
Core HR
- Configure and maintain Enterprise and Workforce Structures (Legal Entities, Business Units, Jobs, Positions, Grades).
- Manage employee lifecycle processes (hires, transfers, terminations).
- Design workflow and approval rules for MSS/ESS transactions.
- Customize flexfields and document types.
- Manage security roles, profiles, and data access.
Absence Management
- Lead global absence management implementations, including configuration and testing.
- Define absence plans (vacation, sick leave) and eligibility rules.
- Develop Fast Formulas for accruals, entitlements, and carryover.
- Support end-to-end absence submission and approval processes.
Payroll (UAE)
- Design and implement Oracle Fusion Payroll solutions for UAE-specific requirements.
- Configure payroll elements, costing, salary bases, and payment methods.
- Run payroll processes (QuickPay) and manage payroll data flow to banks.
- Develop and test Payroll Fast Formulas.
- Manage payroll data conversions and support periodic processing.
Workforce Compensation
- Implement and configure Oracle Cloud Workforce Compensation modules.
- Configure compensation plans, budgets, and eligibility rules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design effective compensation cycles.
- Develop Fast Formulas for compensation calculations.
- Support and test compensation cycles for successful implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience with Oracle HCM applications, including recent Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud experience.
- Proven track record of multiple end-to-end implementations in Core HR, Absence, Payroll, and Workforce Compensation.
- Proficiency with Oracle tools: HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, OTBI, Fast Formulas.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Prior consulting experience and ability to work independently with clients.
- Oracle HCM Cloud certifications are highly desirable.
