Summary
The Oracle Project Manager will lead the implementation and enhancement of Oracle solutions to support a major government entity's digital transformation initiative in Abu Dhabi. This role is pivotal in transitioning from legacy systems to a unified, cloud-based architecture for international expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle implementation and enhancement projects (Oracle Cloud / ERP / HCM / Financials / SCM).
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, system integrators, and Oracle partners.
- Oversee migration from legacy systems to Oracle cloud-based platforms.
- Drive risk management, issue resolution, and change control processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and government standards.
- Provide executive-level reporting and performance dashboards.
- Align global rollout activities across multiple geographies (50+ countries).
- Manage vendor performance and contractual deliverables.
- Coordinate adoption, training, and business readiness planning.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of project management experience.
- At least 5 years managing Oracle implementations.
- Proven experience delivering Oracle Cloud transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of enterprise system consolidation.
- Experience in government or regulated environments.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale rollouts.
- Strong knowledge of project governance frameworks (PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile/Hybrid).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to operate onsite in a high-accountability environment.
Nice to Have:
- PMP or PRINCE2 Certification.
