Oracle SCM Fusion Consultant

As an Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle Supply Chain Management Cloud modules to meet business requirements. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring seamless operations across the supply chain lifecycle.

Implementation & Configuration: Participate in full-cycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementations, including requirement gathering, system design, and hands-on configuration of SCM modules.

· Module Specialization: Maintain and support core modules such as Inventory Management, Purchasing/Procurement, and Order Management.

· Testing & UAT: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to validate system functionality.

· Process Mapping: Map business requirements to standard Oracle Fusion capabilities and identify any functional gaps that require custom extensions.

· Production Support: Provide functional support for daily operations, troubleshoot system issues, and manage Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Support.

· Documentation: Create and maintain functional design documents (FDDs), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and end-user training manuals.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

· Technical Proficiency: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud

· Reporting Tools: Proficiency with Oracle reporting tools such as OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence).

· Methodology: Familiarity with implementation methodologies like Oracle's Modern Best Practice or AIM/OUM.

· Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Certifications

· Oracle Cloud SCM Implementation Professional Certification.
