We're Hiring: Oracle HRMS Specialist (HR Operations & Onboarding)

We are seeking a dynamic HRMS Specialist to join a leading financial institution headquartered in Doha to support our Human Resources team within HR operations and employee onboarding using Oracle HRMS. We're looking for professionals with hands-on experience in Core HR, Self-Service HR (SSHR), iRecruitment, and Benefits modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and support HRMS modules to streamline onboarding and HR processes.
  • Manage employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, transfers, exits).
  • Collaborate with HR teams to align system workflows with business needs.
  • Ensure compliance and maintain accurate employee records.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR support or organizational development.
  • Strong functional knowledge of HR operations and onboarding.
  • Experience with Oracle HRMS (excluding payroll).
  • Skilled in SQL/PLSQL, workflows, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
