This is a full-time hybrid role for an Outdoor Insurance Agent based in Cairo, Egypt, with opportunities for remote work. The Outdoor Insurance Agent will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and offering tailored insurance solutions. Primary responsibilities include selling insurance policies, providing excellent customer service, conducting insurance brokerage activities, and advising clients on financial protection and risk management. The role also involves meeting sales targets and collaborating with team members to identify business opportunities.

• Proficiency in Insurance, Insurance Sales, and knowledge of Insurance Brokerage
• Understanding of financial concepts and expertise in providing Finance-related advice
• Strong Customer Service skills to engage with clients and address their needs effectively
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven experience in sales or insurance is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in Arabic and English is highly advantageous
