We're Hiring: Outdoor Sales Executive

Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for automotive excellence Ali & Sons Automotive is looking for a dynamic Outdoor Sales Executive to represent KODA and drive sales performance across the UAE market.
This role is ideal for a confident communicator who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys building strong customer relationships while delivering a premium brand experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and identify their requirements to recommend suitable vehicles.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, and performance confidently and accurately.
- Present Ali & Sons services at the point of sale, including car registration, insurance, and after-sales services.
- Promote and suggest optional equipment and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets set by the Vice Chairman & Managing Director and the Sales Manager.
- Compute and quote sales prices, discounts, and financing options.
- Advise customers on the availability of current and upcoming vehicle models.
- Coordinate vehicle delivery with the New Car Storekeeper.
- Liaise with the Customer Relations Representative (Sales) for registration and insurance processing.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with potential customers to convert leads into sales.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Sales Manager / Branch Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in an automotive/car sales environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
- Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office applications.
