This is a full-time, on-site role for a Partnerships Manager based in Dubai. The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships, managing partner accounts, and facilitating collaborative initiatives to drive mutual growth. Day-to-day tasks include developing partner strategies, maintaining strong communication with key stakeholders, and conducting data analysis to identify partnership opportunities. The role also involves ensuring a smooth relationship with partners through regular engagement and delivering value-driven results.

• Exceptional skills in developing and managing Strategic Partnerships and fostering long-term business relationships
• Experience in Account Management and nurturing partner relationships
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess partnership performance and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent Communication skills for building rapport and ensuring effective collaboration with partners
• Background or experience in business development or a similar role is a plus
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
