Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 15,000 – AED 17,000 + Comms

We're partnering with a fast-growing technology business that's looking for a Partnerships Manager to drive growth through strategic relationships with real estate agencies across Dubai.

This is a commercial, client-facing role where you'll be responsible for winning new agency partners, growing existing accounts, and driving adoption of an innovative property technology solution.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and develop partnerships with leading real estate agencies
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to signed agreements
• Grow and strengthen existing partner relationships
• Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities for growth
• Work closely with operations, marketing, and product teams to enhance the customer journey
• Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or Account Management
• Experience within real estate, proptech, or fintech is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market
• Proven track record of building and growing B2B partnerships
• Excellent relationship-building and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own pipeline
