Job Description

The Partnerships Executive supports the acquisition and management of merchant partnerships, focusing on outreach, proposal development, and ensuring successful onboarding. This role works closely with the Partnerships Manager to achieve SDC's partnership goals and enhance partner engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential partners to expand SDC's merchant network.
  • Assist in preparing partnership proposals and presentations tailored to prospect needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify partnership opportunities within assigned sectors.
  • Collaborate with onboarding teams to facilitate the smooth integration of new partners.
  • Track and monitor the progress of outreach efforts, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Support the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of partner interactions and agreements in the CRM system.
  • Gather feedback from partners to inform engagement strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with internal teams, including marketing and customer success, to support partner-centric initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to refine outreach strategies.
  • Provide regular updates to the Partnerships Manager on outreach performance and challenges.

Qualification

  • 13 years of experience in partnership acquisition, business development, or related roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and outreach platforms.
