Job Description
Job Summary:
Payroll Specialist is responsible for managing and processing the company's monthly payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with applicable Saudi labor regulations and company policies. The role involves maintaining accurate payroll records, processing payroll through the SAP system, and coordinating with HR and Finance on payroll-related matters goals.
Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
- Review and verify payroll inputs, including basic salaries, allowances, deductions, overtime, leave, attendance, and other adjustments.
- Process and manage monthly payroll through the SAP system.
- Maintain and update employee payroll data in SAP Payroll / SAP HCM.
- Review payroll calculations and ensure the accuracy of payroll records.
- Prepare monthly payroll reports, summaries, and reconciliation statements.
- Process employee additions, transfers, promotions, salary changes, and terminations in the payroll system.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance departments regarding payroll-related matters.
- Handle employee inquiries related to salaries, deductions, allowances, and other payroll matters.
- Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and errors in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations and payroll-related requirements.
- Manage and verify payroll-related deductions and social insurance requirements, including GOSI.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll and personal information.
- Support internal and external audits by providing payroll reports and required documentation.
- Stay updated on changes to payroll regulations, labor laws, and company policies.
- Perform other duties related to payroll as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably within Saudi Arabia.
- Hands-on experience with the SAP system is required.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and Saudi labor regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is preferred.
