]We're looking for a sharp, tech-savvy People Operations Specialist to own the personnel and benefits side of our People function from onboarding to offboarding. This role ensures smooth HR operations, supports employee engagement, and maintains compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Own end-to-end personnel operations، contracts, documentation, onboarding, offboarding, and everything in between
- Administer employee benefits and act as the go-to person for employee inquiries
- Maintain employee records and HR systems with obsessive attention to detail
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, and contribute to policy development when needed
REQUIREMENTS- Minimum of 6 months of experience in HR Operations or People Operations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Genuinely tech-savvy, you pick up new systems fast and actually enjoy using them
- Strong problem-solving skills; you don't wait for answers, you find them
- High attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
- Very good knowledge of Egyptian labor law
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms
- Knowledge of Saudi labor law is a strong plus
