Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with strong hands-on experience in ecommerce acquisition. This role involves working closely with a team of performance marketing experts to enhance the performance of ecommerce brands across Ecomma's portfolio.
You will be expected to think beyond campaigns and focus on commercial outcomes, efficiency, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage paid acquisition across Meta, Google Ads, and other relevant channels
- Work collaboratively with a team of performance marketing specialists to improve overall portfolio performance
- Plan, launch, optimise, and scale campaigns with a clear focus on ROAS, CAC, and contribution margin
- Manage and optimise campaigns across Shopify-based ecommerce brands
- Analyse performance trends, identify opportunities, and take decisive action quickly
- Coordinate with creative, CRO, and operations teams to strengthen full-funnel performance
- Deliver clear performance insights and reports to internal stakeholders
- Support performance stabilisation during post-acquisition brand handovers
- Maintain strong spend discipline while testing and scaling new strategies
Experience & Skills Required
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience (ecommerce focused)
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Deep understanding of ecommerce metrics: ROAS, CAC, AOV, LTV
- Experience managing meaningful ad budgets with full accountability
- Proven experience working with Shopify stores
- Structured, data-driven, and comfortable operating under pressure
- Ability to lead by example while working within a performance-focused team
- Strong understanding of attribution challenges
