We're hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale our paid acquisition efforts across Google, Meta, TikTok, and more. Your primary objective will be to generate high-quality MQLs that convert into SQLs and ultimately revenue. You'll manage campaign strategy, execution, and performance optimization, focusing on CAC, ROAS, and lead quality. You'll work cross-functionally with sales, CRM, and product teams to align efforts and drive pipeline growth.
What you'll be doing
- Planing, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Owning and managing the full paid media funnelfrom ad copy to landing page experience
- Defining and optimizing toward MQL and SQL targets in coordination with sales and CRM
- Running ongoing A/B tests for creatives, messaging, audience targeting, and bidding strategies
- Monitoring CAC, CPL, and LTV across all campaigns
- Collaborating with design and content teams to build engaging creatives and landing pages
- Using tools like GA4, Looker, or Segment to track and report campaign performance
- Identifying and test new channels or tactics to expand customer acquisition
Who we're looking for
- Experience in FinTech/SaaS, B2B is essential
- 4+ years of performance marketing experience with a proven track record
- Experience generating MQLs/SQLs in a B2B or SMB-focused environment
- Deep knowledge of digital ad platforms: Google, Meta, TikTok, and programmatic
- Strong understanding of performance metrics and marketing attribution
- Highly analytical, data-oriented, and focused on business outcomes
- Experience collaborating with CRM, sales, and content teams to align marketing efforts
