Due to active growth, we are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager / Head of Lead Generation to scale lead generation and drive sales growth.

Key Result of the Role

A stable and scalable flow of high-quality leads with target CPL, ROI, and lead-to-deal conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a performance marketing strategy focused on lead generation Launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta and other paid acquisition channels) Ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads within target CPL and quality benchmarks Scale high-performing traffic sources and test new acquisition channels Build and optimize lead generation funnels (landing pages, forms, quizzes, offers) Manage and coordinate external contractors (paid traffic, analytics, creatives) Set up and oversee end-to-end marketing analytics, working with CRM and data sources Analyze campaign performance, hypotheses, creatives, and offers Manage advertising budgets and optimize marketing spend Prepare regular performance reports and insights Collaborate closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and deal conversion

Requirements

Degree in Marketing or a related field 3+ years of experience in performance marketing Proven hands-on experience in lead generation and paid traffic acquisition Strong analytical skills and experience working with KPIs, funnels, and marketing budgets Understanding of the UAE market or readiness to adapt quickly Experience in real estate is a strong advantage Excellent written and verbal communication skills Fluent English (Advanced / C1 or higher) mandatory Russian language proficiency is a strong advantage
