Role OverviewPerformance Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving online sales, optimizing digital funnels, managing paid media performance, and building scalable growth strategies. This role requires a strong analytical mindset combined with aesthetic sensibility suited for luxury positioning.
You will own the complete digital revenue engine from traffic acquisition to conversion optimisation and retention marketing.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing- Plan, execute, and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Drive ROI-focused customer acquisition strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, landing pages, and audiences.
- Manage performance budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation.
- Retargeting and remarketing strategy implementation.
- Work with influencers and collaborations for performance-led campaigns.
Growth & Analytics- Analyse consumer behaviour and generate actionable insights.
- Build monthly performance dashboards and revenue forecasts.
- Implement CRM strategies (email, SMS, WhatsApp marketing).
- Improve repeat purchase rate and customer lifetime value.
- Identify opportunities for marketplace expansion or partnerships.
E-Commerce Management- Own and manage the complete e-commerce operations (website performance, product uploads, merchandising, pricing, inventory coordination).
- Optimise user journey, product discovery, and checkout experience to maximize conversion rates.
- Monitor KPIs: traffic, AOV, conversion rate, cart abandonment, CAC, ROAS.
- Work closely with creative & content teams to align brand storytelling with sales objectives.
- Ensure seamless coordination with logistics and operations teams.
Requirements- 3-4 years experience in E-commerce & Performance Marketing (fashion/luxury preferred).
- Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads.
- Experience with Wordpress or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Proven track record of scaling revenue through digital campaigns.
- Strong understanding of luxury consumer behaviour.
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills.
- Experience in the UAE/GCC market is preferred.
- Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
