Role Overview
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will join our dynamic growth team in UAE - Dubai, collaborating onsite in a fast-paced, innovative setting. Leveraging your robust performance marketing background, you will help design, execute, and optimize campaigns on leading digital channels, contributing to strategic business goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid search, social, and display platforms.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign outcomes, ensuring goals are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to deliver integrated go-to-market strategies.
- Utilize analytical tools to extract insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Prepare concise marketing reports and present findings to internal stakeholders.
- Manage budgets, track spend efficiency, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Stay informed about emerging trends, tools, and best practices in digital performance marketing.
Must have requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in both English and Arabic.
- Demonstrated analytical abilities and an organized work approach.
- Solid grasp of digital KPIs, marketing strategies, and reporting best practices.
- Experience with campaign optimization and budget management.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a team-oriented environment.
- Relevant certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Meta, and/or LinkedIn Marketing Labs are preferred.
Nice to have requirements
- Technical SEO experience.
- Background in A/B testing and landing page optimization.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
