Job description:
Assist in developing and implementing digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), X Ads, Snapchat Ads, and TikTok Ads.
Execute day-to-day campaign activities including ad setup, audience targeting, keyword research, ad copy creation, and performance
optimization.
Conduct regular A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve campaign efficiency. Campaign Management
Manage and monitor active campaigns to ensure performance KPIs are met (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions, traffic, etc.).
Adjust bids, budgets, and targeting based on performance insights and business priorities.
Ensure proper conversion tracking and campaign hygiene.
Platform Expertise
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of advertising platform best practices, new features, and optimization
techniques.
Identify opportunities within each platform to improve results and lower acquisition costs.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Prepare regular performance reports using Google Data Studio, or internal dashboards and Excel Sheets
Analyze campaign results to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
Present findings and recommendations to the marketing team to support data-driven decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with marketing and sales teams to align campaign messaging with overall business goals.
Collaborate effectively with remote and geographically distributed teams to ensure alignment and smooth
workflow.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
+3 years of proven experience in performance marketing or paid media.
Experience in Agencies, or tech-driven industries is a plus.
Proficiency in English is mandatory.
Strong understanding of digital advertising, tracking, and optimization.
Strong analytical mindset, accuracy, and reporting skills.
Ability to collaborate across teams and work effectively with remote colleagues.
