Role Description

This is a full-time remote working role for a Performance Marketing Specialist located in Dubai. We are looking for a hands-on digital marketer to manage LinkedIn & Meta ads, website content, email marketing, and CRM operations. This is an execution-focused role with strong emphasis on lead generation and performance marketing. The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing team to meet organizational goals and enhance the company's online presence.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Performance marketing experience
• Proven experience with LinkedIn Ads & Meta Ads
• Working knowledge of CMS (such as Wordpress) & Web development
• Experience with email marketing tools (Zoho Campaigns / Mailchimp)
• CRM experience (Zoho / HubSpot)
• Strong analytical and execution skills
• B2C / EdTech experience is a plus
