Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Assistant located in Dubai. The Personal Assistant will support executives through diary management, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of schedules and communications. Additional responsibilities include clerical work, managing correspondence, and organizing meetings and appointments as required.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Proficiency in Communication and Diary Management
  • Clerical skills, including managing documentation and correspondence
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is a plus
