Personal Assistant to Managing Director

Roots Land Real Estate is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director in day-to-day operations and business activities.
This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, professional, and capable of handling confidential matters while working in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Managing Director's calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Handle emails, calls, correspondence, and follow-ups
- Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and meeting notes
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Assist with travel arrangements and scheduling
- Support administrative and operational tasks as required
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant (real estate experience is a plus)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Based in Dubai or available to join immediately
