Personal Assistant to Managing Director

Business Bay, Dubai, UAE

Roots Land Real Estate is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director in day-to-day operations and business activities.

This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, professional, and capable of handling confidential matters while working in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Managing Director's calendar, meetings, and appointments
  • Handle emails, calls, correspondence, and follow-ups
  • Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and meeting notes
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Assist with travel arrangements and scheduling
  • Support administrative and operational tasks as required
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant (real estate experience is a plus)
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Based in Dubai or available to join immediately
