Job Title: Personnel Specialist

Location: Between Madinaty Branch & Dokki Branch

Job Brief

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Personnel Specialist with 24 years of hands-on experience in personnel operations to join our HR team. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in personnel matters, Labor Office procedures, Social Insurance regulations, and employee file management in compliance with Egyptian Labor Law.

The role requires strong practical experience in handling governmental processes and managing attendance through HR systems (not manual tracking), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth daily HR operations across both Madinaty and Dokki branches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain employees personnel files in full compliance with Egyptian Labor Law.
  • Handle all Labor Office procedures and required documentation.
  • Manage Social Insurance processes (Form 1, 2, 6) and coordinate with Social Insurance authorities.
  • Prepare, review, and renew employment contracts and related documents.
  • Process hiring, resignation, termination, and clearance procedures.
  • Monitor probation periods and contract expiration dates.
  • Issue HR letters (employment letters, salary certificates, HR statements, etc.).
  • Manage and monitor attendance through HR systems (not manual records).
  • Prepare attendance reports and coordinate with payroll for accurate salary processing.
  • Ensure employee data is updated, accurate, and confidential.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal policies and governmental regulations.
  • Support HR operations across Madinaty and Dokki branches as required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 24 years of proven experience in Personnel & Employee Affairs.
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.
  • Hands-on experience dealing with Labor Office and Social Insurance authorities.
  • Experience using attendance management systems (HR systems is a must).
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Very good command of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to commute between Madinaty and Dokki branches.
