Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personnel Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The role is responsible for managing personnel operations, maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, and supporting employees throughout their employment lifecycle. The successful candidate will work across both the Madinaty and Dokki locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee personnel files and ensure all records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Prepare and process employment contracts, renewals, and other employment-related documents.
- Handle social insurance processes and labor office requirements in compliance with Egyptian labor law.
- Monitor employee probation periods, contract expirations, and required personnel actions.
- Process employee onboarding and offboarding documentation.
- Issue HR letters, employment certificates, and other official documents as required.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave, and personnel records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and HR procedures.
- Support internal and external audits related to personnel documentation.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding personnel and employment matters.
- Coordinate with payroll and HR teams to ensure accurate employee data and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Personnel Affairs, HR Operations, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.
- Experience handling employee files, contracts, and governmental procedures.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple locations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience using HR systems such as ZenHR, SAP, or similar HRIS platforms.
- Experience in fast-paced corporate environments.
