Pharmacy Manager

The Pharmacist Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm Ain Shams. The role involves overseeing daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing inventory, and optimizing workflow to deliver high-quality service. The individual will be responsible for leading and mentoring staff, maintaining Good Storage Practice (GSP) standards, and collaborating with suppliers to ensure the timely and accurate distribution of medication to customers. The Pharmacist Manager will also analyze operational performance, address customer queries professionally, and work closely with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.

• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, medication management, and Good Storage Practice (GSP) standards
• Proficiency in staff management, team leadership, and mentorship skills
• Ability to manage inventory control processes and ensure efficient stock handling
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Capability to comply with regulatory guidelines and maintain quality assurance standards
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field is required
• Previous experience in pharmacy management or supervisory roles is highly preferred
• Proficiency in organizational tools and familiarity with performance monitoring
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is an added advantage
