Physical Education Supervisor

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Physical Education Supervisor. The Physical Education Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the physical education curriculum, planning and developing lessons, and managing the implementation of physical education programs. The role includes mentoring staff, ensuring compliance with educational standards, and evaluating program effectiveness to enhance student participation and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Educational Management and demonstrated leadership in supervising teams and programs
• Strong skills in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development for physical education
• Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage staff, students, and stakeholders
• In-depth knowledge of Education principles and practices, especially in physical training and student engagement
• Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Education or a related field
• Ability to inspire and motivate a team of educators and students
• Experience with developing fitness programs tailored to diverse age groups is an advantage
