About the Role

We are looking for a Planning Engineer to take ownership of project timelines and ensure accurate, proactive planning across all phases of our design-build projects. In this role, you will be responsible for developing schedules, tracking progress, identifying risks, and integrating project changes to support informed decision-making and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain baseline and detailed project schedules
• Track project progress, milestones, and critical path activities
• Identify delays, risks, and potential slippages, and proactively flag them to stakeholders
• Support tender planning by preparing schedules and planning narratives for bids
• Integrate variation orders and risk impacts into project timelines
• Coordinate with PMO, Project Managers, Design, and Tender teams to ensure alignment
• Prepare regular planning reports and ensure accuracy of timeline forecasts

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project planning.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project
• Solid understanding of baseline scheduling, critical path analysis, and recovery planning
• Experience in handling variation orders and risk-adjusted schedules
• Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills
