Planning Engineer

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Planning Engineer with proven experience in high-end interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of fit-out works in luxury commercial, hospitality, retail, or residential environments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2-3 years specifically in high-end interior fit-out projects.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Deep understanding of interior fit-out construction processes, materials, and sequencing.
• Proven track record in handling complex, design-driven fit-out projects in luxury sectors (hospitality, retail, or corporate).
• Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
