Double Vision Company is seeking a highly experienced Planning Engineer for SEC High Voltage Transmission Projects in Riyadh.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 710 years of experience in SEC High Voltage Transmission projects
- SEC-approved Planning Engineer (mandatory)
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (relevant discipline)
- Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) approval
- Strong knowledge of planning software (Primavera P6 preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and maintain the project baseline schedule in compliance with SEC requirements
- Prepare, update, and analyze detailed construction schedules, including revisions and recovery plans
- Monitor project progress and perform schedule impact and delay analysis
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, bi-weekly (two-week look-ahead), and monthly progress reports
- Coordinate with construction, engineering, procurement, and subcontractor teams to ensure accurate progress reporting
- Prepare earned value analysis (EVA) and productivity reports
- Prepare, review, and support project invoices, payment certificates, and claims submissions
- Track manpower, equipment, and material resources against the approved schedule
- Identify schedule risks and propose mitigation and recovery actions
- Support project management in variation orders, extensions of time (EOT), and contractual planning matters
- Ensure all planning and reporting activities comply with SEC standards and project contractual requirements
- Participate in project meetings and provide planning inputs to management and clients
