Job Description

Educational Background: B. Sc. in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 10 years in project controls and/or planning.
Located around Tahrir and West El-Balad
Industry Specifics: 2-3 years of experience in hotel renovation/restoration.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software, such as Primavera; strong familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and preferably Microsoft Power BI.
Project Life Cycle Knowledge: Sufficient knowledge of the project life cycle, including the design, tender, and construction phases.
Claims Knowledge: Sufficient knowledge of extension of time claims and delay methodologies.
Documentation Skills: Demonstrated experience in developing presentations, spreadsheets, and various supporting documents; preparation and finalization of Monthly/Regular deliverables and reports.
Language Proficiency: Professional abilities in English.
Project Management Skills: Strong planning and project management abilities.
Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills.
Multitasking Abilities: Strong capacity to multitask while maintaining focus under pressure to meet deadlines.
Interpersonal Skills: Commitment to ethical values, interpersonal effectiveness, and continual improvement.
