We are looking for a Senior Planning Engineer to join our Planning Department and support our projects from the Head Office.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
34 years of proven experience as a Planning Engineer within construction projects
Strong computer skills, including:
- Primavera
- MS Project
- Advanced Excel
- AutoCAD
- Power BI (including dashboard creation)
-Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and develop project baseline schedules using Primavera and MS Project
- Extract and analyze project data, including:
- KPIs
- Cash flow
- Material & manpower histograms
- Productivity rates
- Narrative reports
- Analyze schedules to identify critical paths, risks, and resource constraints
- Monitor and track materials, manpower, and equipment progress
- Provide recovery and revised plans when required
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
- Attend project meetings and provide insights on schedule performance
- Collaborate closely with site managers, engineers, surveyors, and project teams
- Identify potential risks and propose mitigation actions to avoid delays
