We are seeking a highly experienced PMO Director to establish and lead an IT PMO within an established Enterprise PMO (EPMO). This is a high-impact leadership role with full ownership of enterprise delivery governance, with Salesforce at the centre of the transformation agenda.
This role is not a steady-state PMO position. You will build the function from the ground up, set the standards, and drive execution across complex digital programmes.
You will be accountable for:
- Designing and operating an outcome-driven IT PMO that supports enterprise-scale transformation
- Governance of a Salesforce-led enterprise portfolio, ensuring delivery excellence and business value
- Creating control, clarity, and predictability across complex programmes
- Engaging confidently with C-suite and senior stakeholders to challenge assumptions and drive decisions
This role requires a strategic operator who is equally comfortable in the details of delivery and the executive room.

- Proven experience in Salesforce programme governance (non-negotiable)

Key Requirements
- Experience in PMO / portfolio leadership roles
- Demonstrated experience leading Salesforce transformation programmes
- Strong understanding of enterprise delivery frameworks and governance
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Ability to define and implement portfolio controls, KPIs, and reporting
