The Project
Mace is providing strategic project management consultancy for major new build stadiums, multiple stadium redevelopments and wider precinct transformations in Riyadh. The scope includes the delivery of new stadiums, increasing existing stadia capacity, delivering major mixed-use amenities and introducing robust knowledge-transfer to ensure operational excellence and long-term sustainability beyond construction.
You'll Be Responsible For
- Lead PMO and Project Controls delivery, ensuring frameworks and strategies are effectively implemented across assigned commissions.
- Manage clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams on all PMO and Project Controls matters, building strong relationships.
- Provide expert guidance on cost, schedule, change, risk, and reporting to achieve key objectives and resolve issues.
- Drive structured governance, reporting, and performance meetings, maintaining accountability for baselines and delivery performance.
- Mentor and manage PMO and Project Controls team members, supporting career development and technical excellence.
- Embed sustainability priorities, proactively managing carbon impacts and reductions throughout project delivery.
- You'll need to have:
- Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE) or equivalent qualifications with demonstrable career development.
- Proven expertise in PMO, Project Controls, and successful delivery of complex property or infrastructure projects.
- Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and leadership of diverse teams to achieve project outcomes.
- Knowledge of sustainability, carbon impacts, risk tools, and construction methodologies shaping project delivery.
