Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons across primary year groups
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse learning needs of students
- Assess and monitor student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with staff, parents, and the school community to enhance educational outcomes
- Participate in extracurricular activities and school events
- Adhere to all school policies and safeguarding procedures
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Primary Education or related field
- Recognized teaching qualification such as PGCE, QTS, or equivalent
- Experience teaching in a primary setting is preferred
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multicultural environment
- Flexibility and readiness to commence work immediately
