Job Overview

As a Private Client Advisor, you will serve as a trusted consultant to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, advising them on exclusive real estate investments, sales, and leasing opportunities. This role demands deep market expertise, exceptional relationship management skills, and the ability to curate bespoke property solutions aligned with each client's lifestyle and investment goals.

You will represent premium residential and off-market assets, manage high-value transactions end-to-end, and deliver a white-glove client experience that reflects the standards of the luxury real estate market in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate and manage qualified leads through referrals, networking, direct outreach, digital platforms, and industry connections.
  • Build, manage, and nurture a strong client database of buyers, sellers, investors, and landlords, ensuring consistent follow-ups and long-term relationship development.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to remain informed on luxury property trends, pricing, competitor activity, and investment opportunities.
  • Source, list, and market premium and off-market properties in collaboration with property owners, developers, and landlords.
  • Conduct property viewings and client presentations, articulating property value propositions with confidence and precision.
  • Advise clients on investment strategies, market entry timing, and portfolio diversification within Dubai's real estate landscape.
  • Negotiate and successfully close high-value transactions while safeguarding client interests and company objectives.
  • Prepare, review, and present contracts, agreements, and documentation in full compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to expand professional reach and strengthen brand presence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in luxury real estate, property advisory, or high-net-worth client-facing roles.
  • RERA certification (or willingness to obtain immediately mandatory for Dubai).

Requirements & Skills

  • Demonstrated track record of closing high-value residential or investment property transactions.
  • Established network of HNW/UHNW clients and investors.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Dubai's luxury real estate market, property laws, and investment trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and real estate portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.).
  • Multilingual proficiency is highly advantageous (English required; Arabic, Russian, French, or Chinese a plus).
  • Commercial mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a client-first approach.
