Role Overview
As a Private Client Advisor, you will act as a trusted consultant to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, advising them on exclusive property investments, luxury sales, and premium rental opportunities. This role demands strong market knowledge, refined client-management skills, and the ability to structure tailored solutions aligned with sophisticated investment goals.
You will be responsible for sourcing premium properties, managing high-value transactions, and delivering a seamless, discreet, and professional client experience. This position is ideal for ambitious real estate professionals looking to elevate their career in Dubai's luxury property market.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through referrals, networking, online portals, and direct marketing
- Build and manage a strong database of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors with consistent follow-ups
- Conduct in-depth market research on pricing, trends, and competitor activity
- Organize and conduct property viewings, presenting properties professionally and addressing client needs
- Liaise with developers, property owners, and landlords to secure and market listings
- Negotiate and close high-value transactions while ensuring client satisfaction
- Prepare and review sales contracts and documentation in line with legal and regulatory requirements
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to strengthen professional presence
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate regulations, RERA guidelines, and market developments
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in luxury real estate, property consulting, or HNWI-focused sales
- Proven track record of closing high-value transactions
- Strong UHNW/HNW client and investor network
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai's luxury real estate market and property laws
- Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions with precision and attention to detail
- Proficiency in CRM systems and real estate portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc.)
- Multilingual abilities are a strong advantage (English required; Arabic, Russian, German, French, or Chinese preferred)
