Emirati Admin Support Executive – Procurement Division | Dubai
The Position
We're looking for a motivated Emirati Admin Support Executive to join our Procurement Division in Dubai. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with a strong interest in procurement, who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in supporting critical business operations while building strong relationships across the organization.
Key duties:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Procurement team
- Assisting with purchase requests, LPO creation and supplier coordination
- Following up on urgent procurement requirements to ensure timely delivery
- Maintaining accurate records, documentation and procurement trackers
- Liaising with internal stakeholders across departments to support business needs
- Supporting vendor onboarding and documentation processes
- Handling general admin tasks including reporting, filing, and data entry
What we're looking for:
- UAE National with Family Book
- Previous experience in procurement will be beneficial
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to urgent requests
- Good computer skills, can use MS Word, Excel effectively
