MEMF Electrical Industries Co. is the industrial arm of KFB Holding Group, supporting Saudi Arabia's power infrastructure with locally engineered and high-quality electrical products.

We operate advanced manufacturing facilities in Riyadh, producing a wide range of solutions for utility and industrial customers, including:

  • Smart energy meters
  • Circuit breakers (MCB / MCCB / ACB)
  • LV & MV instrument transformers
  • LV & MV switchgear solutions (up to 36 kV)
  • Distribution & power transformers (up to 10 MVA)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procure all materials and services as requested, including local and overseas sourcing.
  • Conduct price negotiations and issue purchase orders to suppliers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Follow up regularly with suppliers to ensure materials are ready by required dates.
  • Coordinate with the logistics department for freight arrangements and timely shipment movement.
  • Review shipment documents, considering exempt materials and customs requirements.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse for smooth GRN processes and handle NCRs as needed.
  • Work with the Accounts department to ensure proper invoicing in ERP systems.
  • Maintain procurement-related reports, including cost-saving reports and PR reports.
  • Develop new vendors for existing and new parts/raw materials to reduce costs and improve quality/services.
  • Maintain relationships with existing suppliers while scouting for additional suppliers.
  • Provide payment plans to the Finance department.
  • Support audits such as ISO, Health & Safety, and internal audits.

Qualifications:

  • 5 -10 years of relevant professional experience in Procurement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including local and international sourcing.
  • Experience in price negotiations, purchase order management, and vendor evaluation.
  • Familiarity with logistics, shipment documentation, customs requirements, and ERP systems.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Effective relationship-building and supplier management skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple departments.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude to resolve procurement or supply issues.
