Manage end-to-end procurement cycle, ensuring compliance with company workflows and ERP system.
Lead negotiations & evaluation on pricing, delivery terms, and commercial conditions with different suppliers & subcontractors.
Initiate & lead negotiating for signing contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
Managing resources and defining deadlines to ensure all procurement activities are completed on time.
Collaborate with project managers, technical office, finance and other stakeholders to plan & fulfill all projects requirements for technical & commercial terms.
Build multiple suppliers & Subcontractors list for each category.
Periodic reporting updates for ongoing/ finished tasks in terms of tracking, financial analysis & suppliers/SCs evaluation.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
10-12 years of direct procurement experience in construction industry including min 3-5 years experience in same required position.
