Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Analyze procurement needs in coordination with other departments and develop purchasing plans.

Maintain continuous communication with qualified local and international suppliers and build strong professional relationships with them.

Negotiate the best terms and prices, and prepare, review, and manage contracts and purchase orders.

Monitor delivery schedules and ensure materials comply with technical specifications and required quality standards.

Prepare periodic reports on procurement status and contribute to process improvement and supplier evaluation initiatives.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent degree in a related field.

Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in procurement management for low-voltage products from companies such as ABB and Siemens.

Strong knowledge of local market conditions.

Experience and familiarity with ERP systems will be considered an added value.

Strong negotiation skills with proven experience in contract management and supplier relationship management.
