Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Manager based in Riyadh. The Procurement Manager will oversee supplier evaluation, execute procurement strategies, manage supplier relationships, and negotiate contracts to optimize costs and ensure high-quality service. The role includes conducting analytical assessments, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and managing procurement processes to meet organizational goals efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Purchasing Management within the hospitality industry, including hotels, restaurants, or F&B chains.
  • Strong background in Supplier Evaluation, Contract Negotiation, and Cost Control specific to food, beverages, equipment, and hospitality supplies.
  • Solid skills in Procurement Planning, Contract Management, and Supply Chain Operations.
  • Demonstrated analytical and strategic decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain vendor relationships, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and competitive pricing.
  • High attention to detail and strong knowledge of hospitality procurement standards, HACCP requirements, and relevant regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CPP (Certified Procurement Professional), CPSM, or any relevant procurement certifications are considered an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement systems, inventory management tools, and ERP platforms (such as Oracle, SAP, or similar).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment and manage multiple purchasing categories simultaneously.
