Role Description

Silah Tamkeen is seeking a Procurement Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh. The Procurement Manager will oversee supplier evaluation and selection, conduct contract negotiations, and manage procurement processes to ensure the organization secures quality products and services at the best value. Responsibilities will include developing and maintaining vendor relationships, managing contract lifecycles, analyzing procurement performance, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards. This role will also involve collaborating with various departments to address sourcing needs and align them with company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Supplier Evaluation and Procurement to assess vendor capabilities and ensure efficient supply chain operations
  • Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management to secure favorable agreements and maintain compliance
  • Sharp Analytical Skills to assess and interpret procurement data and optimize decision-making processes
  • In-depth understanding of procurement strategies and market trends
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • Professional certifications in Procurement or Supply Chain Management (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) are advantageous
  • Experience in the technology or telecommunication industries is preferred
