F15Works is urgently looking for an experienced Procurement Manager with a strong background in event branding, fabrication, and large scale event production within Saudi Arabia. This role is based in Riyadh and requires someone who knows the local market and can move fast.

• Handle end to end procurement for branding, fabrication, printing, and production materials.
• Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers across KSA.
• Lead RFQs, negotiations, and contract finalization.
• Work closely with project and production teams to meet tight deadlines.

• 5+ years of procurement experience in event branding or large scale event production.
• Strong vendor network within Saudi Arabia.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast paced, high pressure event environments.
