Procurement Manager / Fashion

Job Description:

Lead and manage the end-to-end sourcing function across all product categories

Develop and optimize a strong global supplier and factory network

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure cost efficiency

Oversee the full production cycle from design handover to final shipment

Ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality and compliance standards

Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular evaluations

Allocate sourcing activities across suppliers based on capacity and capabilities

Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Buying, QA) to align sourcing strategies

Identify and mitigate risks across the supply chain

Develop and coach the sourcing team to enhance performance

Requirements

8+ years of experience in fashion sourcing or production

In-depth knowledge of garment construction and CMT models (Cut, Make, Trim)

Solid understanding of global sourcing hubs and supplier network

Proven negotiation skills with the ability to manage supplier relationships

Established network of factories and vendors
