QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field,

Minimum 10 years of experience in Purchasing / Procurement,

Preferably experienced in team and process management,

Strong expertise in supplier management, contract administration, and negotiation,

Proven experience in cost analysis, budget management, and pricing,

Proficiency in ERP and procurement systems,

Advanced user of MS Office applications,

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,

Results- and performance-oriented working approach,

Excellent communication, representation, and coordination skills,

High level of integrity with a strong commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Implementing the company's purchasing strategies,

Managing the supplier portfolio and identifying alternative sourcing options,

Conducting requests for quotations (RFQs), price comparisons, and cost analyses,

Managing contract processes and monitoring supplier performance,

Planning, monitoring, and reporting the purchasing budget,

Leading cost reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives,

Improving and standardizing purchasing processes,

Preparing and presenting regular management reports.
