WTS Energy is looking for a Procurement Manager who will lead and oversee all procurement activities for construction and EPC projects, ensuring the timely sourcing of materials, equipment, subcontractors, and services while meeting project requirements, budgets, and schedules.
Requirements:
- Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with project goals.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including vendor selection, tendering, and contract negotiation.
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, and commercial teams to meet project schedules.
- Source and manage suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring quality, cost, and delivery compliance.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve procurement-related issues.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of procurement experience in construction or EPC projects.
- Required experience in construction or EPC projects within the Middle East.
- Experience in large infrastructure projects (metro, rail, roads, or similar)
- Mother tongue: Arabic with strong written and spoken English skills.
