Job Summary:
Responsible for executing end-to-end procurement activities to support We One's integrated security, staffing and Business Support across UAE operations. This role focuses on sourcing cost-effective, high-quality goods and services, negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001). The ideal candidate is analytical, commercially astute, and thrives in a dynamic environment serving diverse industries including logistics, retail, healthcare, banking, aviation, and hospitality.
Job Description:
- Execute procurement cycle: forecast demand, analyze DRFs, issue RFQs, and secure required compliant quotations per requirement.
- Conduct market research, price benchmarking, and supplier pre-qualification to optimize cost and quality.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to achieve measurable cost savings and improved cash flow.
- Prepare bid evaluations, tender documents, and commercial recommendations using Oracle Fusion.
- Maintain accurate supplier database, conduct periodic performance reviews, and ensure QHSE compliance.
- Coordinate site visits, risk assessments, and material verification for high-value tenders.
- Monitor budgets, track expenditures, and generate daily/weekly/monthly procurement reports.
- Liaise with Finance for invoice reconciliation, petty cash, and credit card settlements.
- Support inter-departmental coordination and special projects as assigned by HOD/Line Manager.
- Ensure full adherence to We One Procurement Policies and ISO standards.
Required Criteria:
- Bachelor in Engineering or relevant field
- 5+ years relevant experience preferably in facility management or ELV Solutions
- Expertise in market research, pricing analysis, and tender management
- Advanced MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems (Oracle Fusion)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
- Valid UAE driving license
