Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai for a Procurement Officer. The Procurement Officer will be responsible for managing purchase orders, negotiating contracts, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effective procurement practices. The role includes analyzing market trends, assessing vendor performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing procurement processes and supporting operational efficiency within the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing Purchase Orders and executing Purchasing processes
• Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and supplier relationship management
• Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and vendor performance
• Experience in Procurement and understanding of supply chain operations
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the real estate or property services sector is an advantage
